Dana Ellis joined Whitelaw Twining in July 2009.
Dana practices in the area of general insurance litigation with a focus on bodily injury defence and property damage claims. She has particular expertise in the area of retail risk and the handling of subrogated property loss actions. Dana has appeared on behalf of clients in Provincial Court, as well as Supreme Court Chambers, and has assisted senior counsel in complex litigation matters before all levels of British Columbia courts.
