Profile

Fred Sierecki has been practicing in the area of personal injury almost exclusively since being called to the bar in 2009. Fred practices in our ICBC Injury Claims, Bodily Injury and Insurance Groups, with a focus on representing plaintiffs in motor vehicle claims. He has experience assisting individuals who have suffered traumatic brain injuries, psychological injuries, orthopaedic injuries and chronic pain in context of motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall claims and medical malpractice. Fred has also assisted clients with Family Compensation Act Claims, which arise from the death of a family member as a result of an accident.

Fred has experience to guide you through the litigation process, protect your interests and seek a fair and just resolution of your claim. He has represented clients in British Columbia Provincial and Supreme Courts and British Columbia Court of Appeal.

Interests

Fred enjoys spending time with his wife and their young daughters. He plays squash and tennis and occasionally finds time to visit the golf course to work on his golf swing.
