Mel Chaudhary has been practicing in the area of bodily injury since he started practicing law in 2001. Mel has practiced in personal injury litigation and developed his expertise in this area for over a decade, ranging from soft tissue and orthopaedic injuries to the most complex brain injury and psychiatric injury claims. This includes numerous Provincial and Supreme Court trials, appellate work, providing opinions on complex insurance coverage issues and successfully resolving many cases out of court through mediation.
Mel's practice has also included family compensation claims in the event of deaths, claims against motorists who have no or insufficient insurance to cover a claim, as well as disability, critical illness and life insurance claims.
