Sanjeeta Johal has practiced almost exclusively in personal injury, since her call to the Bar in 2006. She is a member of our ICBC Injury Claims, Bodily Injury, and Insurance Groups, with a focus on defending plaintiffs in motor vehicle claims. Sanjeeta has considerable trial experience in the Supreme Court of British Columbia (judge alone and jury trials) and has appeared as counsel in the British Columbia Provincial Court, Supreme Court Chambers and before the Workers' Compensation Appeal Tribunal.
Sanjeeta has effectively resolved cases through both mediation and trial for a variety of bodily injury claims, including catastrophic injury, severe psychological impairment, and chronic pain. Recent cases that have proceeded to court include:
Sanjeeta is a featured guest speaker on a Lower Mainland radio station where she discusses topics respecting plaintiff-side motor vehicle claims. She also conducts presentations on litigation and the legal system at local high schools.

Outside of law, Sanjeeta enjoys hiking, traveling and yoga. Sanjeeta also actively fundraises on behalf of Vancouver General Hospital and UBC hospital.
